5 I'm not sure how difficult my problem was to solve on your end, but on mine....it was major. Kat fully understood my problem, explained clearly the proper course to resolve the issue, then followed through even though it took a couple of days. She was very friendly and patient which was very much appreciated.

5 Girls were very helpful when I called in, there was an error in my email address so I didn't receive paperwork but when I called back the problem was corrected. Kat stayed on the line with me to make sure that the email came through:). Very nice girls to work with.
