    5 I would like to single out Justin Yee. He provided excellent customer service by helping me integrate my new Clover POS. He helped me by getting my inventory listed on Instacart. He is still working hard to help me by getting DoorDash and Uber Eats integrated into my Clover POS. The entire process was much easier than I had anticipated. Thanks Justin.

    1 Our employees started all working remotely in 2021 and we no longer have an office headquarter. I worked with SBGA in June 2022 to update our address information as well as change the signer on the account to the owner of the company. After several emails and signed documents, SBGA failed to make the update. The entire process was repeated in March 2024 and once again SBGA failed to make the updated. Now, March 2025 we are going through the entire process again. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming and I don't understand what the problem is to make these changes permanent. We are strongly going to consider looking into different providers if the service continues this way.
