1 We have been told at least three times that someone would call us back regarding our complaints with our service and as of now, not a single person has called back. This has been going on for weeks. We will be sure to share this complete failure of customer service with everyone that asks us about your company as it seems this terrible service is a feature and not a bug in your programs.
