5 Called because we were experiencing issues with the CC machine. Spoke to a representative who was kind and transferred me to our merchant service department. Spoke with a lovely lady named Shawny. She was so attentive to our issues and cared so much so that she insisted on trying to resolve this in the best manner for OUR business. Where do you get customer service like this anymore. Please continue to provide service like this. I will not be leaving this merchant.
