1 Worst experience ever. Couldn't understand half the people, no one knew how to help me. Endless phone trees to which I didn't know the correct extension, disconected, transfered to wrong department. Spent 8 hours trying to resove a dispute and got no where. Shoudl have one person assigned to a dispute who would know the details and be able to walk me through the process. Am looking for a new company. Will post negative comments when I can. You should be ashamed.

5 Although I was looking for a specific transaction, i believe it was combined in with a few other transactions for the weekend, and so it didn't show that specific transaction. We are looking for a way to show just our catering jobs, and we think that we have come up with a way to do that, but putting in a catering tab, that we can select, to run the final total of the catering job, or so we hope. Since South Caroline has 4 different tax rates depending on what county you are in, we need to account for that when we sell outside of Berkeley County, and some of our catering jobs, do take us outside of Berkeley County. Hopefully, this will fix the issue and we will have a better management system for tracking our catering jobs, also. The gentleman that help us was very good, and he really did try to find the transaction that we were asking about.
