3 I would rate the company overall like a 2 because it doesn't seem you can ever get clear instructions on the process, you talk to 300 people to get what you need and are passed from person to person. However, YASNILE D was AWESOME on the phone and answered several of my questions. She was quick and went to research the questions I had. She was amazing! The rest of the company though has some improving to do - strive to be more like YASNILE D.

I would rate the company overall like a 2 because it doesn't seem you can ever get clear instructions on the process, you talk to 300 people to get what you need and are passed from person to person. However, YASNILE D was AWESOME on the phone and answered several of my questions. She was quick and went to research the questions I had. She was amazing!
