5 Was having problems with a clients credit card statements. Called into customer service. Paige M. was very helpful. She had to send me resets for several accounts. Walked me through what I needed to do. Waited to make sure I could do wait I needed to do. Also waited while I wrote the instructions down. Answered my questions about fees. Even found out that the client was out of compliance so sent the necessary documents so we can get them back into compliance and save the fees. It was a very positive customer service interaction. One that doesn't happen all the time now days.
