3 First off, I'd like to say that Debbie in customer service was pleasant, polite, and outstanding in resolving my issue. The reason I rated the company only three stars has to do with the PCI compliance process required annually. I realize the need for the compliance requirement; however, when (supposedly) completing the process on the compliance website you are never really sure all requirements have been fulfilled. There needs to be a statement stating that you have fulfilled the requirement and no further actions are required or clear communication that more steps are necessary. To much time is spent trying to find out why you have been charged PCI non-compliance fees and requesting to have them reversed.

First off, I'd like to say that Debbie in customer service was pleasant, polite, and outstanding in resolving my issue.
