1 Had a simple question as to why I couldn’t access a dispute on my dashboard like I am supposed to be able to. I was transferred to 4 different people with no answers. The first person I spoke with, I could hear because of how loud the background noise was. Still haven’t received an answer to what should be a simple fix.

3 I wish there was better communication as to where a customer is in the Working Capital process. I have had to call twice now, I haven't heard a word one way or the other about approved, the amount, the time frame, etc. However, I will say the representative on the phone was courteous, professional and helpful, (both times) at least that was refreshing from a company that asked for our business.
