The customer service representative was absolutely outstanding you guys should consider giving the rep a raise. Customer service in this time is hard to come by.
Every company should have more people like Shawny Mitchell in their Customer Service Department. Wow. She was so patient with me, a non-computer-savvy person, and allowed me the time to process the information as she was giving it to me. She was so kind and joked with me, in order to make me feel better about not understanding the whole process. She would repeat herself over and over again, without complaints or big sighs, in order for me to follow her instructions. By the time we were done, I actually UNDERSTOOD everything, which doesn't come easy for me with things like this. Shawny was just spectacular!!! She WANTED to figure out why things were not showing up like they should. Most Customer Service Reps would have just thrown their hands up and not even bothered to take the time to figure things out and left the customer to figure it out for themselves. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Shawny. I so appreciated your help, patience, and kind and compassionate spirit throughout the entire phone call. If you want an incredible Customer Service Department, you need more folks like Shawny. Excellent, excellent customer service by her. I couldn't be more happy.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

Every company should have more people like Shawny Mitchell in their Customer Service Department. Wow. She was so patient with me, a non-computer-savvy person, and allowed me the time to process the information as she was giving it to me.
