The Customer Service was fine, however, we have had a payment of $7,500 in limbo since Friday for "our protection". I never got an email to okay this, you said my response email never got to you to release it. The "protection" should have been taken care of from our customer's credit card company. I understand that a larger than normal charge would require some extra proof on my part, which I have provided. However, you work for me, so questioning my integrity by reaching out to my client for verbal proof is beyond. I have been a client for over 10 years with absolutely no questionable charges.
