I was VERY frustrated trying to reach someone to help me with a damaged cord, I made multiple calls on hold for 45 minutes plus each time. I finally started just pushing different extensions and first reach Michael R. (I believe he was in customer service) he was amazing and very helpful, I needed to call back,I was following up on my order and spoke to Heather in customer service, she was also amazing and took care of my issues. They were both a pleasure to speak with and conduct business with. The rest of the company needs to take lessons from them. Thank you SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

I was VERY frustrated trying to reach someone to help me with a damaged cord, I made multiple calls on hold for 45 minutes plus each time.
