For the first time I got a great customer service for Christen. He tried to help me as much as possible. I believe your support team needs more exposure to Clover and the need for training can not over emphasized. Christen on the other hand showed signs of maturity. The other aspect which is not at all acceptable is disconnection of calls when we are put on hold. This has happened to me several times. I am very unhappy with the service today. Whenever a client pays for legal services with his or her credit card and I process his or her payment on my Clover credit card machine, the payment is deposited into my IOLTA trust account. When I processed a large refund for a client last month, the refund was deducted from my Operating account. The refund should have been deducted from the trust account. I was told by one of your representatives that the refund has to be deducted from the Operating account. That does not make sense to me since the monies for the refund are in the trust account. If we cannot process a refund from the trust account, then why is there a REFUND button on my Clover credit card machine? SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

When I could finally get a live person to speak to, my problem was resolved quickly. But when I tried to reach someone through the app on my computer for Clover, I couldn't get anyone and all the message boxes were full that I was referred to.
