While I am satisfied with the customer service call, I am totally dissatisfied with the fact that this is at least the third time in the last few months that we have had a batch of payments that did not get closed out to the customer accounts, the payments were credited back to the customer accounts, and we did not get our funds. While I am satisfied with the customer service call, I am totally dissatisfied with the fact that this is at least the third time in the last few months that we have had a batch of payments that did not get closed out to the customer accounts, the payments were credited back to the customer accounts, and we did not get our funds. This is not acceptable. Why is this happening and what are you doing as our credit card processing company to fix this?
