I have to say my experience with your company has been terrific. There was a hiccup in the original set up date and I was not notified of the need for additional information until after my appointment was missed. I called Mike to get an update on what was going on and he answered immediately, explained his situation and expressed his leaving but assured me your team would get me taken care of. The several people I worked with did just that. They got the additional information from me and acted immediately on getting my account set up. I was given very simple directions on how to set up my account and found them very easy to follow. I received a phone call today from Steven to assist me in the installation. I explained that I had already completed it. He walked me through a trial run and we had success. I really appreciate the follow up from you company and the willingness to support and answer questions. Great communication skills within your team. Thank you!SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

The swiper and website is simple to use and the support to set it up was excellent. Up and running in five minutes. Thanks so much. This will not only be cheaper than the Square that I was using but it will be easier to use as well.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

We had difficulties in programming my terminal and she tried every trick in the book, until it was determined that I needed a new, pre-programmed terminal, which was shipped overnight.
