I have had both good and bad experiences so far with SBGA. Initially there was a lot of confusion as I was sold a product that was not compatible to my operating system. After this mess I have had several people who have been very helpful in correcting and setting up a correct product. Angel, Javier, and Holly most recently. Angel was a savior in setting up the correct product and getting me up and running. Javier was awesome in answering questions I had regarding several confusing or conflicting letters regarding equipment that I did not have. I have had both good and bad experiences so far with SBGA. Initially there was a lot of confusion as I was sold a product that was not compatible to my operating system.
