Very please with the following personal from SBGA: Julie Morgan,(NH outside sales rep.) to Nick Zorn, (in merchant services deployment dept.). They both were very professional, friendly, and always got back to me immediately when they said they would. The transition to change merchant card providers was a bit more complicated do to my particular circumstances, but these 2 individuals made the process much easier.
