John called to walk me through setting up my machine and my new online credit card processing account. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions, & he was quick and efficient. Thanks for all your help John, you were fabulous! Everyone else that I've dealt with at SBGA has also been super helpful, friendly, and conscientious. AJ has made time for me on numerous occasions to answer my questions, and go over the program with me. He's followed up with me, and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. Even though it took a while to get my boss on board with switching processors, AJ was always patient, professional, & understanding, and it's ultimately because of his hard work and dedication that we finally made the switch. Thank you so much for everything AJ! And thanks for bearing with me for all that time! Thank you also to Jeremy, Ryan, Michael, Hayln, and anyone else I may have left out. I'm probably forgetting to mention some of the people that I've had contact with over the past few months, but each person has been nothing but a pleasure to work with.
