I would rate the company at 4.5 Stars as I have had to call a few times to get things done and problems solved (not unusual these days) but they do get solved and followed up on and this representative, Jessica, was very helpful and friendly and knew exactly what I needed and what my concerns were. She had a very good working knowledge of the equipment and was able to explain how it worked so that I actually understood! She also gave me a VERY important first setup step that likely saved my new terminal. Thanks, Jessica! SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

I would rate the company at 4.5 Stars as I have had to call a few times to get things done and problems solved (not unusual these days) but they do get solved and followed up on and this representative, Jessica, was very helpful and friendly and knew exactly what I needed and what my concerns were.
