Je Taun was very patient and was able to help take the info that I had and decipher our billings which had 3 different groups of figures that did not reconcile. When we updated our equipment, 2 separate accounts were created and she was able to get them together for one billing and one set of paperwork, I hope. When we updated our equipment, 2 separate accounts were created and she was able to get them together for one billing and one set of paperwork, I hope.
