Cat was instrumental in supporting me as we reviewed area's of the contract. I had questions regarding early termination and when we both needed clarity Cat excused herself from the call and returned with the answer. I had questions regarding our credit card processing and since we have had no rep I called the customer service line. Courtney answered my call and easily answered all of my questions. She also made suggestions to improve my service and to help with future card processing. Then she emailed paperwork I needed to return and gave me her info so that I could speak with her directly.
