Based SOLEY on my interaction with KAT, I would give high marks. Not all my dealings with your company have been handled well. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant, handling my issues very effectively. John was VERY helpful the both times that I called to install the machine. The first machine had a defect in the installation process and he was very patient with me.
