I couldn't get a hold of my sales rep for a buyback on my machine. So when I called customer services I got a hold of Marc M. who was extremely helpful. He followed through with my concerns and called me back personally to let me know the issue has been resolved. I wish there were more people like Marc in customer service. He is AWESOME!
