The customer service representatives are always very nice, but there are too many menu choices
to go through to speak with someone! Today I was on the phone for about 30 minutes I started with
customer service was transferred to a tech support person who was hard to understand after him asking me the
same questions several times he realized he couldn't help me and needed to transfer me back to customer service!
So after 30 min. my problem still isn't resolved because I wasn't transferred to the right department and I didn't have time to wait on hold any longer!SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

I had locked been locked out of my account when attempting to reset my password. It took 3 calls and 45 minutes to finally get someone on the line who could help me reset.
