After surviving one of the worst experiences with a processor in my 25 years of business, I will say that there was ONE kind, compassionate person in the 9 days of hell that Clover and SBGA put me through. My charges would not batch out for 8 days and after hours of time and many, many calls I finally found Joanna at SBGA who cared enough to work on my issues and return calls and honestly seemed concerned.
