My experience has been very confusing and frustrating. There are multiple service suppliers involved and these are not coordinated. For example, I must continue to pay for the equipment to another service after my contract is complete. Technical support was very good, but wait times were well over an hour on several occasions. To turn in my equipment now, I would have a $500 plus penalty. I have paid $38 a month for 36 months for equipment I can replace for $400. Do the math and you find the savings promised never materialized and I am happy to be at the end of my contract and to terminate it and move on.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
