the letter I received was very confusing. It was kind of upsetting....It seems like we are constantly being charged for things and everything is so complicated..I was very pleased with the girl on the phone,,,You should pretty much tell everyone in your letter to call about this for I can't imagine anyone doing what is required by themselves for its hard to know how to answer the questions...Anyway,,the lady on phone was excellentSBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
