I had a few questions regarding the new system as I was unable to find the reporting for deposits. Julie helped me get access to the website so I could reconcile our deposits. She also helped me with some administration items for our new account. She was able to eliminate my frustrations. I had a few questions regarding the new system as I was unable to find the reporting for deposits. Julie helped me get access to the website so I could reconcile our deposits. Maryilynn V. is a fantastic representative. If there were more than five stars, I would gladly give them to her. She is an amazing person. I had difficulty identifying my MID number as my previous account was still visible when logging into the Clover portal. Maryilynn connected me with the technical department, stayed on the phone the entire time, and did her best to help resolve the issue. While we thought the problem was resolved, it wasn't fully fixed. However, she promised to follow up with me the next day to ensure the issue was resolved. Although the problem persists, I truly appreciate her efforts, enthusiasm, and dedication to the company and its customers. Her commitment is truly commendable. SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
