The woman I spoke to accused me repeatedly that I was ‘crying wolf’. The way she talked to me was very condescending and that I should have just checked out the dashboard myself. She claimed the issue was we mishandled the transaction and there were no issue with your company system. I tried to explain my concerns and she just didn’t listen and kept saying I was crying wolf and I do not appreciate that I was treated in this kind of manner by your employer. It was very unprofessional.( I believe the whole conversation had been recorded, according to what they said before the conversation) please check that record, for I believe we paid the fee to your company each month for the service to help to solve the problem. The salesperson I had (Chad) was much more experienced and knowledgable than the woman I spoke with. If not for him , I would already ceased using your company’s services. Every other time I have called your service line, the employee were rude and seemed like they don’t even want to help and always asked us to check the dashboard or figure it out ourselves because they couldn’t find anything wrong from their end. I will not recommend your company to anyone, I don’t want them to experience what I had been experiencing for almost 2 years.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

The woman I spoke to accused me repeatedly that I was ‘crying wolf’. The way she talked to me was very condescending and that I should have just checked out the dashboard myself.
