After several failed call attempts during several days with Clover tech support @ 844-864-5449, where my calls were disconnected after holding for 30, 40, 50 minutes. I finally got Katia to help me. She initially tried to connect with the tech support, and conferencing me in, but to her surprise she also got disconnected the same way they treated me. Finally Katia called me on my cell, went back and learned herself how to solve using modifiers for menu items and adding modifier groups in our menu. Big time saver she was today.
I seriously thought of leaving Clover and start with a company that is better with human interactions.

After several failed call attempts during several days with Clover tech support @ 844-864-5449, where my calls were disconnected after holding for 30, 40, 50 minutes. I finally got Katia to help me. I call David Holmes with a problem with my clover machine. Unfortunately he was with a customer and said he would call me later. I texted him a message explaining that the clover had no point of sale app; therefore, I could not tonoup any sales. Within 5 minutes Debbie called me and walked through a reboot. It fixed the problem. Both David & Debbie made what would have been a horrible Monday a breeze. They are areal asset to SBGA. I am very thankful that David Holmes walked into my office about 6 years ago and sold me on this company. I call David Holmes with a problem with my clover machine. Unfortunately he was with a customer and said he would call me later.
