I have called with a million questions, and Shawny has helped me tremendously. She is highly knowledgable and honestly by far the best representative I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. Dealing with clover is a big joke. Seems no one knows anything about anything that goes wrong with the POS . I tried for 2 weeks to get my system replaced when credit card malfunctioned on POS. Finally got REPLACEMENT & no one mat clover number on POS knew anything said MID # was not theirs. When my contract is up withnclover I will look for another company to use.
