I made a call to your office to get a "fax" number that would work. The number printed on your material to use had not been available yesterday or this morning. I received a substitute number and it went through okay. I was on the phone with Sarah, and she was both professional and courteous.

I worked in banking for 38 years and I was very pleased with his knowledge, understanding and willingness to just show me AND NOT SELL ME the benefits of this plan compared to the old plan. my initial call was to cancel, but Christian gave me a lot to think about!
